Dunon Synergy Projects successfully completed the rehabilitation and furnishing of the ICT Centre at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), located in the Ituku-Ozalla LGA of Enugu State. This project delivered a state-of-the-art, fully networked, and sustainably powered facility, a critical step in modernizing the hospital’s service delivery.
The Challenge
Like many public institutions in Nigeria, UNTH faced significant infrastructural, financial, human, and administrative barriers to establishing a functional, modern ICT Centre. The primary challenge was the comprehensive strategy required to simultaneously address infrastructure, equipment, reliable power supply, connectivity, capacity building, and ongoing management to ensure long-term success. The Synergy Solution: ICT InfrastructureOur comprehensive strategy focused on a full-scale build-out of the ICT Infrastructure. This involved a multi-faceted solution covering all essential technological needs for a modern teaching hospital:
- ICT Infrastructure: Networking, cybersecurity, and data center management.
- Renewable Energy: Integration of solar power for sustainable and reliable operations.
Key Achievements: Proof of Excellence
Our commitment to operational excellence is demonstrated through the following results:
